1. Agreement to These Terms

KAILASA Store is operated by USK Foundation("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or place an order with us.

2. Eligibility and Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.

3. Products, Descriptions and Availability

We aim to describe every product accurately. Many of the items we sell are handcrafted, so colour, finish, grain, and minor dimensions may vary between pieces. Product images are illustrative; actual items may differ slightly in colour, design, packaging, or appearance due to production differences or your display settings.

All products are offered subject to availability. We may change, limit, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Prices are shown in the currency of the region you are browsing and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, prices exclude shipping, duties, import taxes, and any charges levied by your local customs authority. Those charges are your responsibility. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been submitted; where a price is corrected we will contact you and you may confirm or cancel the order.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of the items, or, for digital products, when access is granted.

We may decline or cancel an order — including after confirmation — where an item is unavailable, where a pricing or description error has occurred, where payment cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. Where we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By submitting payment information you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or cross-border fees. Those charges are set by your provider, not by us, and are your responsibility.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Transit times can be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, and local conditions outside our control.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address. We are not liable for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied. Please inspect your delivery on arrival and contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

8. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns of unwanted items must be requested before they are sent, and items must be unused and in their original packaging. Certain items cannot be returned once delivered, including consumables such as incense and ritual materials, personalised or made-to-order items, and consecrated or energised items, except where they are faulty.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider. This section does not affect any statutory rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

9. Digital Products and Subscriptions

Digital products are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or share access to them. Access may be delivered through your account and may be time-limited or device-limited where stated on the product page.

Where a product is sold on a subscription, it renews automatically at the interval stated at purchase until you cancel. You may cancel from your account at any time; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not retroactively refund periods already served, unless required by applicable law.

All content on this website — including text, images, product photography, logos, graphics, and software — is owned by USK Foundation or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
